Analysis Of Problems And Countermeasures In Safety Supervision Of Chongqing Zhengyang Industrial Park Administrative Committee

With China entering a new era of socialism after the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the main social contradictions in China have changed,and security has become one of the material and cultural needs of people.At present,the form of production safety is generally good,but there are worries about it.The relevant laws and mechanisms are not perfect.Some enterprises,especially small and medium-sized micro enterprises,do not have enough awareness of the main body of safety,fail to keep up with the pace of the times,and ignore or conceal the internal security risks of enterprises.These have become the key and difficult points for the government to carry out safety production supervision and service.The countermeasures and suggestions put forward in this paper are not only of reference significance to the safety supervision of the grass-roots government,but also of some reference significance to other matters such as environmental protection,stability maintenance,anti-crime and so on.This paper chooses the Chongqing Zhengyang Industrial Park Administrative Committee as the research object of the grass-roots government's safety supervision,which has both the territorial responsibility and the departmental characteristics.Through the methods of literature review and on-the-spot interviews,the paper introduces in detail the safety supervision status and government safety of Chongqing Zhengyang Industrial Park Administrative Committee as the grass-roots government.The problems existing in the whole supervision and the safety management of enterprises are analyzed from the angle of government management.In view of these reasons and the theory of participatory governance and cooperative governance,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to fully mobilize the participants of the government,enterprises,the public and the third-party technical services.Enthusiasm,and enhance their ability to participate in order to enhance the national safety production supervision and management level,to ensure social security and stability.
