Multi Agent Information Coordination Mechanism In Safety Production Supervision

With the rapid development of economy,more and more people focus on safety production.Although in recent years safety production accident total quantity in our country and fatalities appear downtrend year after year,some major production accidents still remind us that there are some severe problems in the domain of safety production,the production safety situation is also very grim and complicated.Therefore,improving traditional safety regulatory mode and updating the ways of supervision which base on science and technological progress has become an urgent mission for us.Deqing Administration of work safety(Deqing work safety bureau)is the only pilot county on safety production hidden trouble examination and management in China,this thesis introduced the daily supervision ways which rely on information technology about Deqing work Safety Bureau,described Deqing work Safety Bureau has established and implemented kinds of collaboration mechanisms with government departments at all levels,production and business operation entity,social public in information field while Deqing work Safety Bureau carry out safety inspection and administrative penalty.it is demonstrated that right now in the process of information collaboration management between our basic work safety Bureaus and sector main body,there are some problems such as unsmooth operating in information cooperation mechanism,low enthusiasm on public participation,lacking of information ability and inadequate information security system.In order to observe and record Deqing work safety bureau's whole process of communication and cooperation by means of informatization with all parties while Deqing work safety bureau is on regulation,the author uses empirical analysis and case study method in the study,and then lots of systematic theoretical researches were conducted.This article shows us how to clarify the establishment of information coordination mechanism of basic safety supervision systems,their problems and reasons,and the future trend of development through the author's administrative law enforcement experience by herself and graphical representations,so that enhancing this article convincing.The author believes that it is necessary to implement Multi-agent information cooperate management to strengthen safety supervision capacity building,so,as safety supervision department,in order to establish a long-term mechanism of safety supervision,we should understand the importance about the informatization which is used in work safety supervision,make full use of information channels and integrate all the information and data resources from different parties effectively,coordinate and straighten out internal relationship of the system,improve the participants' safety production information management ability,strengthen the information infrastructure construction,and finally we can improve the security level and foundation capacity building of safety production.
