With the in-depth development of the Internet of Things technology,intelligent oil field has become the mainstream trend in the oil industry.Intelligent oil field with IOT as the core technology integrates advanced sensor technologies,wireless communication technologies,cloud computing and other advanced technologies to promote innovations in the collection,transmission,and management of oilfield production.In this paper,wireless sensor network technology is used to deploy acquisition nodes,and a flexible and reliable self-organizing network is used to form the data collection and transmission network at the oil field production site.The system finally realizes the monitoring of important sensor data for the pumping unit.In view of the manual monitoring mode's shortage and the development trend of intelligent oil field,a design idea that pumping unit environment data acquisition system is constructed with WSN as the core technology has been proposed by analyzing the related technology status of oilfield production monitoring.The system aims to realize the integrated design of sensor acquisition,abnormal warning,data storage and graphical interface monitoring.Through the comparison of communication parameters and application fields of common wireless networking technologies,it is determined that the ZigBee technology is the core of the wireless sensor network,and a cross-platform C++ graphical user interface application development framework is used to design the acquisition system monitoring terminal.After determining the complete system design,the hardware circuit and the supporting application software design of the system are introduced in detail.The system selects the CC2530 as the core of the wireless sensor network to implement data collection and node data transmission,and performs network design for each logical device type node based on Z-Stack protocol stack operating mechanism.In the Qt graphical user interface development framework,the monitoring terminal completes the software development platform construction,monitoring interface and database design with chart tools QWT and relational database SQLite.Finally,the system software and hardware debugging has been completed in the laboratory environment.The experimental results have successfully verified the realization of system design functions,including wireless network communication,sensor data query,and indicator diagram query.This proves the feasibility of the data acquisition system for pumping unit based on the wireless sensor network.
