Calcium carbide,calcium carbide chemical name is one of the important raw material of organic synthesis chemistry,as the center of the coal chemical products,widely used in chemical industry,metallurgy,medicine,agriculture,and many other fields of national economy.Calcium carbide furnace as a core part of the preparation of calcium carbide industrial calcium carbide furnace engineering,using the arc heat and heat resistance of the electrode reaction coke and limestone at high temperature of calcium carbide.In this paper,the author studies on calcium carbide furnace the redundancy control system on the basis of existing conventional calcium carbide furnace control system,set up a new control network structure,added the hardware configuration,improve equipment reliability,has practical significance.On the basis of explaining the development status of control system of calcium carbide furnace,this paper analyzes and studies the process flow of production of calcium carbide furnace body in detail.According to the process characteristics and sequence of each part of the process,including automatic electrode pressure,automatic electrode lifting,automatic raw material conveying,the control logic diagram is drawn up to meet the requirements of the project.The two control schemes of the art requirements are relay contactor control and variable frequency speed control.According to the control method,the single-line diagram of the drive circuit is drawn,and the circuit diagram of the control system is designed,and the drive and low-voltage components that meet the requirements of the system are selected according to the sample of component selection.Studying the characteristics of redundant system and the software and hardware foundation,using CP443-1 as the hardware foundation to insert into the rack of each control sub-station,the H system Ethernet structure is built to realize the software and hardware dual redundancy.From the control point of view,it is divided into five major systems: hydraulic system,electrode system,fan system,belt system,batching system,three operating modes: maintenance operation mode,remote manual operation mode,automatic operation mode for the detailed hardware design of the main and sub-stations of the PLC system,using STEP7 software programming and Wincc host computer.Picture making.And a production data management system based on Wincc and DataMonitor is developed,which can automatically collect production data,process data,automatically generate reports,and archive them for periodic traceability.The advanced hardware control equipment,network equipment,distributed structure and friendly operation in the redundant automatic control system designed and realized in this paper can meet the requirements of automation,modernization and real-time of the main control system of calcium carbide furnace.The content described in this paper has been successfully applied to the actual project.After field debugging,the equipment runs well and stably.It has received the affirmation of users and achieved good application results.
