In this paper,Lycium barbarum seeds was used as raw material,and the active ingredients were extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology.The effects of extraction pressure,extraction temperature,particle size and extraction time on the extraction process were investigated.Physical and chemical properties of Lycium barbarum seeds oil were measured.The fatty acid composition of Lycium barbarum seeds oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry?GC-MS?.The artificial neural network was used to simulate the supercritical extraction process.The main results were as follows.The active ingredients extraction of Lycium barbarum seeds were extracted by using supercritical CO2 fluid.The effects of extraction pressure,extraction temperature,particle size and extraction time on the extraction process were investigated by single-factor experiment.The optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows:extraction pressure 20 MPa,extraction temperature 35?,particle size40-60 mesh,extraction time 60 min.Under these conditions,extraction rate of Lycium barbarum seeds oil was 14.28%.It accounts for91%of the fat content of raw material.The physical and chemical properties of the extracted Lycium barbarum seeds oil were evaluated.The results showed that the refractive index was 1.527,the density was 0.923g/cm3,the moisture and volatile matter were 1.44%,the acid value was 2.09 mg KOH/kg,the peroxide value was 0.54 mmol/kg,and the saponification value was 171.95 mgKOH/g.In terms of color,transparency,odor,refractive index,saponification value,and peroxide value,the oil obtained by supercritical fluid extraction method conformed to the"Food Hygienic Standard for Food Plant Oil"?GB2716-2005?.The fatty acid substances of Lycium barbarum seeds oil was test by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry?GC-MS?.There were three kinds of saturated fatty acids:palmitic acid,stearic acid and arachidic acid,the relative percentage was 9.51%;and three kinds of unsaturated fatty acids:linoleic acid,oleic acid,linolenic acid,the relative percentage of unsaturated fatty acids was 90.49%.thereinto the highest content of linoleic acid was 67.95%.The artificial neural network technology was used to simulate the extraction process of active ingredients.The results obtained by normalized pretreatment of the training samples were consistent with the experimental results.This simulation method could be used to predict and analyze the economy of the extraction and processing of Lycium barbarum seeds.Subsequently,based on the optimized experimental conditions and combined with the processing of the local company,the economics of the extraction of Lycium barbarum seeds oil in the Ningxia region by supercritical fluid technology was evaluated.While the added value of products was improved,this technology had characteristics of energy saving,cost reduction,production process safety and environmental protection,which improved economic benefits,extended the industrial chain of Ningxia Lycium barbarum,and promoted the deep processing of local industry of Lycium barbarum,significantly promotes the economic development of Ningxia.
