With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standard,The safety of food packaging materials,especially paper plastic composites,has attracted wide attention from consumers.Paper plastic composite food packaging materials combine the advantages of two materials-paper and plastic,but paper products will add various functional aids in the production process,such as antioxidants,oil proofing agents,fluorescent whitening agents,etc.In addition to the plastics itself contains oligomers and monomers,plasticizers and other functional additives will be added in the production process,printing ink and adhesives will also have solvent residue problems.These residues of chemicals will migrate,contaminate food and threaten consumers' health.In this paper,food paper packaging as the object of study,added in the package of antioxidants,fluorescent whitening agent detection methods,migration conditions were systematically studied.In this experiment,the contents of 11 ditriazine aminodistilbene fluorescent whitening agents(DSD-FWAs)in food paper packaging containers and tools were determined by high performance liquid chromatography-two-tube array detector(HPLC-PAD).The 11 DSD-FWAs included 5 disulfonic acid FWAs(C.I 71,85,90,113 and FWA 5bm),3 tetrasulfonic acid FWAs(C.I 24,210 and 220)and 3 hexasulfonic acid FWAs(C.I 264,353 and 357).The extraction reagents were ethyl acetate,acetonitrile and n-hexane,respectively.The migration and characteristics of 11 ditriazine aminodistilbene fluorescent whitening agents(DSD-FWAs)in paper packaging were studied experimentally.It was found that acetonitrile had the best effect on the extraction of fluorescent brightener in food paper packaging.The best extraction method was the combination of ultrasonic extraction for 35 minutes and centrifugation for 5 minutes.The optimum extraction temperature of acetonitrile is 50 C.A liquid chromatographic method for the analysis of 11 DSD-FWAs fluorescent whitening agents in food paper plastic composites was established.Based on the above experimental environment and methods,fluorescent brighteners were detected in 10 kinds of food paper-plastic composites,The total content is 0.1954 ~ 32.7971ng/mL.Ethyl acetate and n-hexane were used as simulants,Determination of 11 DSD-FWAs fluorescent whitening agents in food paper-plastic composites by liquid chromatography,The results show that,Under the same temperature condition,Acetonitrile has the best extraction effect.At 20 ?,50 ? and 80 ? condition,As the temperature increases,migration increases,But it reaches equilibrium at 50 C and denaturation at 80 C.The contents of As,Sb,Co,Cd,Ni,Cr,Pb,Cu,Ba and Zn in food packaging paper plastic composites were also detected by ICP-MS.Samples tested are food paper products purchased in the same batch.Through the testing of these samples,a detection method higher than the national standard has been established,extending the scope of testing.Effective and reliable methods and data were provided for the revision of new national standards.
