As the most critical equipment in the production process of the powder metallurgy parts,the performance of the powder metallurgy hydraulic press determines the quality of the powder billet and restricts the development of the powder metallurgy process.At present,foreign powder metallurgy hydraulic presses have the ability to produce shape and position tolerances,complex shapes,and large quantities of products,but the key technologies are still being blocked;on the other hand,the development of the domestic powder metallurgy industry is engaged in the research institutes of powder metallurgy and hydraulic presses have very few universities and research institutes.The quality of powder metallurgy products of some enterprises is not high and their performance is poor.It can be seen that there is still a gap between domestic and foreign powder metallurgy hydraulic presses.In this paper,based on the analysis of the principle of powder compaction,the principle of powder pressing is analyzed,and the design of an auxiliary cylinder in-line powder metallurgy hydraulic press body structure is completed: The whole frame is pre-tightened with nut,the main working cylinder output 2MN pressure,the formwork adopts the "up two down three" C type formwork,the auxiliary cylinder is embedded within the movable beam.This kind of structure is compact,easy to improve working accuracy,easy to realize automation.The strength and stiffness of the beam and frame play an important role in the overall operation safety and product quality of the hydraulic press.Therefore,on the basis of structural design,this paper analyzes the key parts of hydraulic press,such as beam and frame,by combining finite element simulation with theoretical and empirical calculation.Based on the rationality of structure stress and the feasibility of manufacture,the structure scheme of powder metallurgy hydraulic press is proposed.Finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to analyze the resonance of the whole structure of the frame,the stiffness,strength and overall frame of the beam are optimized reasonably.Modal analysis is carried out on the fuselage.The first ten natural frequencies of the frame and their corresponding formation and deformation trends are obtained,these provide reference for design process.
