With the increasingly fierce competition in the society,the schoolwork burden and learning pressures of primary and secondary school students in China are also getting heavier.Students spend most of their time studying at their school.And through the analysis of relevant news reports and literature,it is found that the primary and middle school students in our country have a serious problem of unhealthy sitting posture in school class and in their daily life.When the human body is in an unhealthy sitting position for a long period of time,it will cause muscle imbalance and deviate the lumbar spine from normal physiological bending,resulting in asymmetry of lumbar muscle load,resulting in lumbar injury,causing lateral scoliosis,hunchback,myopia and other hazards,which harms students' physical and mental health.So this project is mainly focused on the innovative design of seats placed on classroom chairs for research.For the current research on students' healthy sitting posture,the research on sitting in classrooms and classroom seats and using seats is vacant.The use of seats can maintain a healthy sitting posture for elementary and middle school students and help students develop good sitting and sitting habits.This paper takes primary and secondary school students as the research object,and introduces the previous research achievements on the theory of sitting posture,anatomy,spine biomechanics,ergonomics and other related theories,and takes these research results as the theoretical support for the design of the sitting device.Visit surrounding schools to collect data and conduct field research.Summarizes the performance of unhealthy sitting postures in primary and middle school students,and summarizes the relevant parts of students in sitting posture.The physiological factors of sitting posture and the human body parameters of optimal sitting posture are studied,and the functional ergonomics and design principles of the seat are obtained.Using the ergonomics design of the surface of the product,the design scheme of the seat tool is progressively deduced and the prototype machine is preliminarily verified.Finally,the most reasonable design scheme is selected to sample the product again.Once again,the objective assessment method of the pressure distribution test experiment was compared with the subjective scale evaluation of the test student to verify the comparison experiment.Verify the effectiveness of this seat to maintain a healthy sitting posture for primary and secondary school students.After the experiment was completed by experimental comparison experiment,the research results and the subjective scale of the subjects were evaluated,and the design of the seats was evaluated.Point out the advantages and disadvantages of the seat design,and finally put forward suggestions for the design of seat design improvement.Finally,suggestions are given for the design of the seat design for improved design.For parents who urgently need to improve their unhealthy sitting posture,this seat has a great market demand.At the same time,it has great significance for the healthy development of students' physical and mental health,and has certain scientific research value and application value.
