This paper has a full investigation of the corrosion situation of salt deposition in continuous reforming depentanizerand its damage in PetrochinaKaramay Petrochemical Company,mainly analysis for the plugging condition of depentanizer's air-cooler piping and its blockage.According to the research and analysis,it shows that the corrosion of salt deposition in depentanizer is primarily at lower temperature region,the main corrosion products are iron and chlorine.The iron content reached 52.46%,the chlorine content reached 41.09%,followed by sulfur and copper,zinc and other elements.At the corrosion region of salt deposition is mainly due to chlorine,sulfur corrosion is an important factor in accelerating corrosion.Chlorine ion mainly comes from the regenerated catalyst reduction process of chlorine loss,reducing gas tracking analysis results showed that the average content of hydrogen chloride was 23.3 g/g,analysis results show that the sulfur content in reforming feed for an average of 0.45 g/g,the hydrogen sulfide content in recycle hydrogen for an average of 0.30 g/g.Through crucial material of the device tracking analysis,it guaranteedthat the sulfur and nitrogen content,and water content in the material of continuous reforming device,the hydrogen sulfide content and water content in hydrocracker recycle gas,the chlorine content in regeneration catalyst are within the confines of the device design.The trace analysis of water content in reducing gas showed that the lowest concentration was 220 g/g,the highest content was 1500 g/g,Water content is a bit higher in reducing gas which is the main material of water in depentanizer.This paper advances that waterflood combines with corrosion inhibitor can be applied to protect depentanizer,liquid phase desorption tank can be added before depentanizer feed,desulfurization tank uses efficientdechlorinationagent and so on measures.In appropriate operation parameters,low temperature can corrode device,resistance corrosion material for chlorine to protect.
