Discussion On The Design Of Ground Engineering In Chang Qing H₂S Oilfield

With the continuous exploitation of Changqing Oilfield,have found a lot of Oil hydrogen sulfide,hydrogen sulfide has the characteristics of toxicity and corrosion etc..Relevant standards have strict requirements for the discharge and treatment of hydrogen sulfide.Therefore,it is of great significance to ensure the safe production of oil field by analyzing the distribution and harm of hydrogen sulfide,and carrying out the process design of the ground,and improving the level of the ground gathering and transportation process.Oil hydrogen sulfide treatment is always a difficult problem in technology research,this paper carried through the high content of hydrogen sulfide in hydrogen sulfide investigation,analysis of the distribution of hydrogen sulfide in different oilfield of Changqing oilfield.It is found that there is a secondary effect of sulfate reducing bacteria in the process of oil and gas gathering and transportation.Through the analysis of the cause of hydrogen sulfide formation,it is concluded that the formation of the primary thiols and the reduction of sulfate radical by sulfate reducing bacteria.Oilfield ground engineering gathering process selects the highest content of hydrogen sulfide Yanwu oilfield as research object,the research of oil and gas gathering and desulfurization process,put forward the"closed gathering,in addition to ideas of governance process,safety vent,sulfur corrosion cracking prevention"of the combination of the four,into the flow downstream well station combined with not into governance a group of wells and oil flow point in front of governance,the formation of oil soluble alcohol amine desulfurization and desulfurization process for removing hydrogen sulfide two.Transportation process to optimize the oil containing hydrogen sulfide,the proposed site and pull the oil station,union station,boosting the gathering process,the formation of oil and gas airtight gathering and transportation technology of oil-station".To carry out research on pressure vessel design blocks containing hydrogen sulfide,analyzes the corrosion caused by the concentration of hydrogen sulfide stress cracking partition according to different conditions,carbon steel seamless steel pipe standard No.20 steel in anti H2S environment than the election,in the H₂S environment of crude oil pipeline pipe selection,and the formation of material corrosion of wet hydrogen sulfide environment in the standard practice.
