With the development of market economy,competition among enterprises is becoming more and more incentive and talent becoming the key competitive factors of enterprise.Staff training can improve staff's comprehensive quality and be conducive to enterprise staff team construction.Small and micro enterprises is beginning aware of the importance of training in order to enhance their competitiveness.This paper takes A Chemical Enterprise as the research object,using literature data collection and field investigation method to analyze staff training present situation and existing problems,and puts forward staff training plan and implementation strategy,which is just in order to provide basis of staff training to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The main content of this article includes five parts:the first part is introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance of incentive problems,and the existing research results of domestic and incentive theory,then the introduction of the research content and research methods;The second part,according to the result of the actual research of A Chemical Enterprise,present situation and the problems of staff training are analyzed.The third part,staff training scheme is put forward,which include principles,objectives,and contents.The fourth part,implementation countermeasures of training scheme are put forward.The fifth part,is the conclusion and prospect.Through analysis,A Chemical Enterprise should adhere to the strategic and long-term principle,objective principle,difference principle,staff training and focus on improving,the construction scheme of staff training.At the same time,staff training programs should include:training needs analysis,training for mobilization,training program design,training implementation and training achievement transformation,training evaluation.In order to promote the effective implementation of A Chemical Enterprise training program,the company should adopt a series of measures:ensure the long planning of staff training,,develop staff training strategy;change the training concept,improve the degree of attention,increase investment in training;establish training system,improve training management system;broaden the training channels,rich training content.
