In the background of the new economic era,employee training is the basic way to improve the quality of human capital of employees,but MZY company attaches less importance to employee training.In the long run,it will inevitably affect its long-term development.This article took MZY company as the research object.Starting from the objective environment,the actual situation of employee training were studied under the guidance of relevant training theories.The problems of MZY company in employee training were analyzed.Then the targeted suggestions and countermeasures were puts forward to improve the company's staff training work.This paper comprehensively used the methods of questionnaires and interviews to conduct the research on MZY's training work.The company's problems in training concepts and training basic processes were analyzed.It was found that MZY's training work had some problems such as the disjointed relationship between training needs analysis and company strategy,inaccurate training program,outdated training methods,lack of internal training teachers,low conversion rate of training results.According to the advanced staff training theory,combined with the actual situation of MZY company's geographical location,production and operation,the reasonable improvement of staff training measures were proposed.The employee training works were improved from five aspects: improving the concepts of employee training,improving the needs surveys of employee training,improving the development of training program,improving training organization implementation,improving the evaluation and transformation of training effectiveness.Those measurements were used to optimize the training of MZY employees.The research on MZY staff training will help to analyze and improve the current MZY staff training status,which further deepens the training awareness of the current human resource management.Through the research on the optimization of MZY staff training,it is hoped that the solution to such problems can be extended to the entire coal chemical industry,thus providing a reference for employee training problems.
