First-class enterprises must have first-class talent,the key to success or failure of enterprise competition is the talent.The national "thirteen five-year plan" to "build a lifelong education and training system for the whole people" and other top-level design,the training of our employees to promote policy guidance and practice.As an important content to enhance knowledge competitiveness,enterprise staff training can enhance the adaptability of enterprises to the external environment,ensure the flexibility of the enterprise in the development process,build the knowledge base and human resource base for the dynamic optimization of strategic adjustment system.As for the employees themselves,to strengthen the training of staff career development planning requirements,but also to achieve the common interests of employees and enterprises to maximize the practical needs.Relative to the United States,Japanese companies good staff training practice,our staff training is still in its infancy,many companies have not fully aware of the staff training for the company's current and future development of the important leading role.Based on this,this article takes the tobacco company G as the object of study,insists on the problem orientation,carries on the research to the tobacco company G staff training present situation,the existing shortcoming and the next step to improve the concrete measure,with a view to solving practical problems,Similar to the establishment and optimization of employee training to provide reference.Based on the literature review,questionnaire survey and on-the-spot interview,this paper focuses on the analysis of the existing problems and reasons in the basis of human resources and staff structure of China Tobacco G Company.China Tobacco Company G is currently more emphasis on staff training,but also to take some effective measures,and achieved remarkable results,but there are also staff expertise is not strong,poor marketing service attitude,marketing skills and level needs to be improved,staff training and Corporate performance and pay management and other issues of organic integration.The main reason is that China tobacco G company staff training concept construction,training system layer construction is not strong,the training operation layer is not standardized,need to improve and upgrade.According to the theory of employee training and the training practice of China National Tobacco Company G,the tobacco company G needs to establish the important position and role of staff training in the enterprise,pay attention to the investigation of staff training needs,scientifically formulate employee training plan,Enrich the content of employee training courses,improve the methods of training staff,strengthen training effectiveness evaluation feedback,in order to enhance training effectiveness.At the same time,China Tobacco Company G should focus on strengthening the company's current high-level attention and support,the staff training into the company's performance appraisal areas,promote and establish a learning organization training system,learning-oriented enterprises deep cultural lead role,China Tobacco Company G staff training and management work to a new level,and promote the company to achieve business performance and sustainable development.
