Workover operation is an important means to ensure the stable production of oil and gas enterprises in the process of development and oil production.With the exploitation of oil,oil wells have entered the middle and late stages.The frequency of oil wells failure increases,which increases the workload of workover operations.At present,the automation level of workover equipment is low,the labor intensity of workers is large and the efficiency is low.To solve these problems,this paper analyzes the automatic workover process,for the frequent minor repair operations,the design and research of workover automation equipment with pipe setback are carried out.This paper has consulted many documents of workover operation.The workover automation scheme is proposed to realize the automatic centering and lifting of the pipe string,automatic shackles of the hydraulic tongs,automatic transport of tubes in pipe setback.According to the scheme of workover automation,the structural design of each component is carried out.The mast derrick is designed and the displacement and strength of the derrick are calculated by ANSYS,then we got the displacement and the stress nephogram.An automatic hydraulic tong was designed to automatically detect the coupling and to shackle the pipe string.The centralizer manipulator is designed,which is used to control the sagging tube.The robot is designed to realize the automatic discharge and access of the pipe string between the wellhead and the pipe setback.By analyzing the workover process,the hydraulic control system of the workover equipment is designed and the parameters of the hydraulic components are calculated and selected.The hydraulic simulation of the main pliers,the back tongs and the hydraulic tongs is carried out by using AMESim software,and the simulation results are analyzed.At last,the upper shackle of the hydraulic tong and the manipulator of pipe setback are programmed by PLC.
