As most oilfields in our country have entered into the later period,workover tasks become more and more heavy.But the manual operation mode with low level mechanical is still used in most cases,especially in common maintenance.In order to increase the operational efficiency,reduce labor intensity,the mechanization and automation research of workover rig is particularly important.A large amount of documents for workover equipment have been reviewed.A new type of semi-automatic workover equipment is put forward,which focus on the functional of tubular up down automatically and shackle,wellhead hydraulic tong automation migration operation and self-regulating vertical alignment guide,and analysis the processes of workover operation.Design the detailed structures of each components base on the design scheme.Design the self-regulating guide system,detailed calculated the stress and deformation of guide rail during the process of operation,concluded the stress of the guide rail and the deflection curve.Design the self-regulating track pulley system,analysis the regulating state of adjustable pulleys,used Ansys Workbench to make finite element strength analysis of the pulleys.Design a new type of automatic elevator,calculate the force of hydraulic cylinders driven elevators.Design the upending manipulator,calculate the size parameters on the swing process.Design the tong migration device,used Ansys Workbench to make finite element strength analysis,which meets the needs of permissible stress.According to the differential equations of motion of a particle,research the theory model of tubular kinematics,the kinematics equations of tubular including position,velocity and acceleration are derived.Base on the parameters,used the Matlab,calculate the numerical solution and draw out the corresponding curve.Based on the Adams,the system simulation of the process of impact between tubular and upending manipulator is simulated,get the curves of collision force,position,velocity and the curves of swinging hydraulic cylinder position and velocity.Finally,get the motion state diagram of the workover rig actuator,according which design the hydraulic control system and calculate the parameters of hydraulic system.Completed the selection of hydraulic control circuit components... |
