With the continuous development of economics,the accumulation of material wealth and the improvement of the quality of life,there are more and more requests for petroleum energy.As an important equipment of offshore oil development,400 ft jack up drilling platform has broad application prospects.As the research object,the layout of equipment on the 400 ft jack-up platform was studied from two angles of "qualitative" and "quantitative" by using the ideas and methods of system engineering in this thesis.The "qualitative" means to arrange the all equipment on the platform and system planning around the "functional attributes"(drilling process constraints);the "quantitative" means to build the mathematics modeling of equipment layout on the platform from "space attributes"(physical constraints)by using the intelligent algorithms optimization layout scheme.Based on the analysis of drilling processing technology on platform,the complicated characteristics and basic elements of equipment layout of 400 ft jack-up platform were discussed in the thesis.According to the system engineering ideas and methods,the analysis elements,analysis steps and layout elements of the platform system were stated.Taken the 400 ft jack-up platform at home and abroad as the research object,the layout characters of equipment on these platform were analyzed.The layout experience was summarized to provide the reference for the following work.The particle swarm algorithm was chose as the optimization tool because the characteristic of equipment layout on platform are the multi-target and multi-constraint,and the improvement strategy of MOPSO was proposed.The density measurement and crowding distance method was taken to renew and maintain the external files.The detection functions such as ZDT type and FON type were used to test the performance of improved MOPSO algorithm,and the results proved that the new one improved the convergence and diversity distribution of non-inferior solution comparing the original algorithm.As the research object,the layout of drilling equipment was optimized separately on the domestically-made jack-up platform and the Gusto MSC C54 type jack-up platform.The mathematics modeling method was used to build the drilling equipment layout modeling,and envelope method was taken to reasonably simplify the equipment which will to arrange on the platform.The optimization target of equipment layout on drill floor was proposed.According to the space boundary and processing characteristics of drill floor,the constraint conditions of equipment on the drill floor were put forward to,and the mathematics modeling of drilling equipment was build.Then taking the improved MOPSO algorithm as the optimization tool,the optimized layout scheme was obtained.Finally,compared the original layout scheme and optimized on,the different points of the two scheme were pointed out,and the advantages and disadvantages of layout scheme were evaluated synthetically.
