Offshore oil production is that the stratigraphic reservoir exploration of seabed oil or natural gas, then to converge in the offshore platform, oil- gas- water mixture separation, processing, short-term storage, and finally through undersea pipelines or shipping. Compared with onshore oil production, offshore oil production has its own characteristics, because the offshore oil and gas exploration and production is carried out on the offshore wellhead platforms or other production facilities, and it has special requirements for the marine environment, production equipment and other conditions.By collecting domestic and foreign offshore platforms produced fluid production processes and related specifications, determined the production that should be followed in the process of produced liquid stability of crude oil standard, crude oil dehydration standard, oily sewage discharge standard, and natural gas processing and other related regulations; summed up the offshore platforms commonly used crude oil stability, crude oil dehydration, gas treatment, sewage treatment and other processes. Due to the diversity of the Marine oil and gas properties and produced liquid moisture content along with the change of produced time, this article is divided into two major categories(low-density and low-viscosity, high density and high viscosity), four subclasses(two categories corresponding to moisture content <60%,> 60%) designed platform produced fluid treatment flow.On the basis of the parameters given target fields, for the intermediate oil and low moisture conditions, proposed three process solutions, namely multi-stage separation, fractionation stabilization and flash stabilization programs. Respectively for three kinds of schemes are simulated and calculated, through comparing the energy consumption, the amount of recycling and other aspects of the simulation results, ultimately determined the multi-stage separation process.In the research process, but also summarized the relevant equipment used in the process and related information of equipment selection calculations. Offshore platforms commonly used equipment mainly includes the separator,heater, electric dehydrator,etc. According to the oilfield target parameters,selected and calculated equipment used in the multi-stage separation process, obtained equipment specifications. For the above mentioned four subclasses, and has carried on the equipment type selection calculation.After determined produced fluid the primary process,auxiliary system has carried on the related design research. Auxiliary systems includes heat medium system, chemical systems, flare systems, instrument air system, open vent system, closed drainage system and so on. For offshore platforms, related suggestions are given on the corrosion protection measures. Finally, according to the determined process and selected equipment, combined the given platform design, made the platform layout.Research of this paper will provide the design scheme, for the offshore platform of target oilfield produced fluid treatment process and equipment selection, it has guiding significance for engineering construction investment and platform planning, etc.
