Research On Domino Effect Assessment Of Petrochemical Enterprises Layout

Due to the accumulation of a large number of flammable,explosive,toxic and hazardous substances in the petrochemical industry,fire,explosion,poisoning accidents occur frequently,resulting in serious accident consequences and adverse social impact.The layout of the enterprise is an important factor which affects the probability of the accident and the severity of the accident consequence.Unreasonable layout may not only increase the probability of accidents,but also make high economic density and high personnel density facilities threatened,and in some cases may also lead to Domino accidents,to further expand the scale and impact of the accident.In order to get a higher security performance of the layout scheme,it is necessary to study safety assessment theory of plane layout.First of all,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the factors affecting the layout of the chemical industry,and combines the typical cases of domestic and foreign petrochemical enterprises.It is concluded that the Domino effect is one of the most important factors to determine the layout risk.At the same time,due to the time and energy issues,this paper focuses on how to quickly and effectively assess the layout of the Domino risk.Secondly,based on the analysis of the existing problems of the Domino effect evaluation index DCA and DHS,the author makes a study on the improvement of the risk index of Domino.From the angle of chain risk of accident,to the begin,it is critical to analyze the scene of Domino accident to select all possible accidents.In the second,it is of importance to choose a certain method to determine the probability of accident scene.At the last,the probability of accident expansion and the risk of Domino unit and target unit are calculated based on introducing the probability of accident scene and Domino probability mode and the concept of target unit accident intensity.At the same time,further study is used to assess the risk of the unit and the entire layout of the Domino.Based on the domino effect evaluation index(URI)proposed,the fragility theory is introduced to characterize the inherent properties of the unit,and then the optimizable index W and a set of index optimization method are put forward,which can be used to assess the domino risk distribution of layout units.The domino risk of the target unit by variance analysis can reflect the crowding degree of the local unit layout,and provide theoretical basis for further adjustment of unit layout and reasonable distribution of risk.Finally,the index DRI,URI,TRI,and W values are calculated for the two proposed layout schemes,and the results of the two schemes are compared and analyzed,and a more secure layout scheme is obtained,which proves the rationality and superiority of the indexes mentioned in this paper.
