Research On The Improvement Of The Performance Appraisal System For The Staff At The Basic Level For A Gas Production Plant

Due to the change of global geopolitics as well as slowdown of domestic economic growth,demand and supply of oil-gas becomes imbalanced which lead to an increasing trend of slump of oil price.Development of corporation in the oil market relies on the talents in order to survive in the fierce competition.Scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system would dramatically improve employees' performance and enhance the competitiveness of the corporation.This article mainly studies the performance evaluation system of A Gas Production Plant,Petro China QH Oilfield Company.According to practical situation,this article discusses how to improve and optimize performance evaluation system for employees from A Gas Production Plant,in order to motivates their initiative and improve their productivity.This optimization of performance evaluation system plays an important role in promoting development and growth of the corporation.This article analyses the current performance evaluation system of A Gas Production Plant and points out the problems inside this system,which are unclear evaluation object,unreasonable evaluation index and unclassified evaluation standards.Then this article analyses the causes of these problems and re-design the performance evaluation system based on requirement of employees.Last but not least,the improved performance evaluation system is tested in practice which shows great improvements.This measure plays appositive role in the development of A Gas Production Plant.Meanwhile,it will also inspiration and reference other corporations in a positive way in the long-term.
