The Construction And Application Of Enterprise Environmental Performance Evaluation Index System

The mining industry is the "hardest hit" of the ecological environment in China,and the ecological problems caused by the production of the coal mines are the focus of the society.In order to better improve the ecological environment caused by the production of coal mines,China constantly tries to further improve its ecological environment.Environmental laws and regulations are trying to explore effective ways to adjust economic structure and continuously strengthen the adjustment of economic structure.The CPC Central Committee takes the solution of the ecological environment as an important starting point for economic and social reforms,and even makes an active contribution to the ecology triggered by the production of coal mines Environmental issues special supervision.However,relying solely on supervision can not completely improve the weak awareness of environmental responsibilities in coal mine enterprises and the ineffectiveness of environmental management.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen its environmental management from the perspective of coal mine enterprises so as to ease or even completely solve the ecological and environmental problems caused by them.Practice has proved that the evaluation of environmental performance of enterprises is an important and effective means to enhance environmental awareness of enterprises,strengthen environmental management of enterprises and enhance the effectiveness of environmental management.However,how to evaluate the performance of environmental management activities and what standards to adopt and how to formulate More scientific,reasonable and in line with the actual enterprise environmental performance evaluation system has become a hindrance to enterprise environmental performance evaluation of a scientific,rational and effective implementation of the problem;different countries in the world and our agencies have issued relevant standards,but the prevalence of operations Sex is not strong,the effectiveness of the drawbacks.Based on this,we choose the coal mine enterprise environmental performance evaluation index system construction and application research,in order to enhance theenvironmental performance of coal mine enterprises to evaluate the level of help.Based on the background and significance of enterprise environmental performance evaluation,this paper summarizes the current domestic and foreign scholars on the subject of research literature and major countries,institutions,environmental performance evaluation standards and so on.Secondly,the related concepts of enterprise environmental performance evaluation,the theoretical basis is elaborated.Thirdly,the necessity of environmental performance evaluation of coal mines in our country is analyzed.First,the present situation of environmental performance evaluation in our country and abroad is introduced.Then the production and management activities of coal mines in our country are analyzed.Finally,some suggestions are put forward on the necessity of establishing a scientific and reasonable environmental performance evaluation index system for coal mines.Fourthly,based on the characteristics of production and operation of coal mines in China and its impact on the environment On the basis of summarizing and explaining the construction principle and main methods of environmental performance evaluation index system of coal mine enterprises,this paper constructs the environmental performance evaluation index system of coal mine enterprise based on the balance between environmental finance dimension,stakeholder dimension,internal environmental management dimension,innovation and learning dimension by using balance scorecard method and analytic hierarchy process Fifthly,taking Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as an example,through the analysis of the enterprise environmental information disclosed in the past three years and using the constructed environmental performance evaluation index system Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.The sixth part summarizes the main conclusions of this research,puts forward some improvement strategies and suggestions for the environmental performance evaluation of China's coal mining enterprises,and looks forward to the next research direction and plan.
