Performance evaluation of grass-roots employees is the key content of human resources management and practice.Performance evaluation helps to establish and standardize the operation of the company's work system.However,at this stage,the actual performance evaluation system implemented by many companies does not fit in well with the actual situation of the company:the evaluation objectives are not clear,the evaluation cycle is unreasonable,the evaluation subject is single,the evaluation index is not perfect,and the feedback of performance evaluation results is not timely.Based on this,this paper studies the improvement of performance evaluation of grass-roots employees in A company,and explores ways to improve the consistency of performance evaluation system with the actual situation and the effectiveness of performance evaluation,so as to strengthen the competitiveness of A company in the market and provide theoretical and methodological support for the company's good and sustainable development.Firstly,through the investigation of the current situation of performance evaluation of grass-roots employees in A company,this paper draws the main problems of performance evaluation of grass-roots employees in A company.Secondly,the specific causes of the above problems are analyzed.Then,based on the lack of awareness of the importance of performance evaluation by senior managers,the inadequate analysis by management after the implementation of performance evaluation,the unreasonable frequency of assessment distribution,the lack of a sound feedback mechanism and other specific causes,and combined with KPI performance evaluation.The objective principle of price improvement is put forward,and the improvement scheme of performance evaluation of grass-roots employees in A company is put forward.Finally,the improved scheme is applied to the actual sanitation cleaning project of A Company.According to the actual implementation effect of the improvement plan,the improvement of performance evaluation of grass-roots employees in Company A can greatly promote the organization to improve the original business process and management system,optimize the internal management of departments,stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,and improve the efficiency and efficiency of enterprises.At the same time,it has reference value for the theoretical research and social practice of grass-roots staff performance evaluation,and also has certain reference significance for academic research in related fields.
