Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the five development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing,the concept of green development has been attached great importance by the state.As a strategic emerging industry of the country,the development of new energy vehicles has a great impact on the country and the people.Speeding up the establishment of legal systems and policies for green production and consumption,establishing and improving the economic system of green low-carbon cycle development,promoting the energy production and consumption revolution,and building a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system are of great practical significance for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry structure and promoting the sustainable development of the automobile industry.By establishing a game model,the paper analyses the effects of different carbon quotas on the output and income of new energy automobile enterprises,traditional automobile enterprises and two kinds of automobile enterprises,and how different types of enterprises should make production decisions under different carbon quotas.On this basis,the paper analyses them by establishing Stackelberg game model and Cournot game model.With the gradual improvement of the technological maturity of new energy vehicles,the changing trend of output,income and consumer welfare level between the enterprises that produce new energy vehicles and the competing enterprises that later entered the market has been obtained,so as to obtain how different enterprises should make production decisions under different circumstances.Finally,the results of the game are further verified by establishing simulation models.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: with the change of carbon quota,although the income of enterprises producing both kinds of cars is affected by carbon quota,carbon quota income per unit and carbon quota consumed(or obtained)by the car sales unit,the main factor affecting the income of enterprises is the production ratio of the two kinds of cars.In order to obtain the maximum income,enterprises should mainly produce new energy vehicles.When the carbon quota reaches a certain value,enterprises can transform to develop and produce new energy vehicles.At this time,enterprises will have a certain income.With the gradual improvement of the maturity of new energy vehicles technology,the income of the most advanced automobile enterprises entering the market will gradually decrease,their own advantages will gradually decrease,and the welfare level of consumers will gradually improve.Moreover,as the number of competing enterprises entering the market increases gradually,the number of enterprises and their earnings will reach an equilibrium value.When the equilibrium value exceeds,the earnings of all enterprises will decrease.
