With the continuous progress of social economy,water pollution is becoming more and more serious,which has a significant impact on social and economic development and ecological environment health.How to effectively prevent and control watter pollution has become an urgent problem to be studied and solved.To solve the problem of water pollution,prevention and control is the key.Prevention and control need not only theoretical and methodological support,but also operatio,nal and implementable.It needs not only qualitative and quantitative evaluation,but also dynamic simulation.However,the existing research can not meet the actual needs of water po llution prevention and control.Therefore,based on the concept of risk dynamic management,taking the water-related enterprises in Baotou section of the Yellow River as the research object,this paper studies the mechanism and technical method system of online identification,prevention and regulation of water pollution,with a vitew to providing technical support for water pollution prevention and control.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Research and implementation of online identification of water pollution risk.Referring to the relevant contents of the enterprise risk as.sessment guidelines for environmental emergencies,based on the analysis of the risk factors of water pollution,the index system of water pollution risk identification is constructed,and the subjective and objective weigh ts of the indexes are calculated by using the analytic hierarchy pro<cess and the entro py weight method.Based on the idea of interval,the subjective and objective weights are developed by using the fuzzy comp rehensive evaluation method and the online dynamic analysis evaluation model.In order to provide support for water pollution risk preventi.on and control,on-line identification of water pollution risk in enterprises is carried out to form decision-making intervals of r,isk level.(2)Research and implementation of water pollution risk prevention mechanism.Based on the characteristics of water pollution risk factors and the actual needs of risk prevention and control,the controllable risk factors are selected and screened.The sensitivity analysis of controllable indicators is carried out by using grey correlation method.The risk level of each factor is quantitatively obtained according to the sensitivity analysis results.For high risk risk risk risk factors,risk control methods and ways are established to provide technology for water pollution risk prevention.Operative support.(3)Research and implementation of water pollution risk control mechanism.The decision-making interval of risk grade is obtained by risk identification,the risk level of each factor is obtained by sensitivity analysis,and the regulation range of the index is obtained by single factor index analysis.The corresponding pollutant value of the index with the highest risk degree is adjusted,and the above process is repeated until the risk is reduced to the allowable level.Thus,the risk control mechanism of water pollution is constructed,which is water pollution.Prevention and control provide operational methods.(4)Research and implementation of water pollution risk prevention and control system.Based on the integrated platform,coupled with the mechanism and technical methods of water pollution risk identification,risk prevention and risk control,a simulation system for water pollution risk identification and prevention and control in Baotou section of the Yellow River was built by using component technology,knowledge map technology and Web Service technology,which can provide dynamic simulation service for water pollution risk identification and prevention and control.
