By-product gas is an important secondary energy source in the iron and steel smelting process.Due to the influence of the production process,the amount of consumption will fluctuate in real time,which will ultimately affect the balance of the gas pipeline network.Therefore,the optimal scheduling of by-product gas is an important means to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system and improve the economic benefits of enterprises,and is also an important indicator to measure the energy saving and emission reduction of steel enterprises.Aiming at the multi-tube network scheduling problem of by-product gas system,this dissertation proposes a coupled method of by-product gas coupling based on particle swarm optimization.Firstly,the coupled gas scheduling model of by-product gas is established,and the user who uses mixed gas as the combustion fuel is selected to solve the problem by using the Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm to obtain the coupled production and distribution scheme of by-product gas.The real data and predicting data are experimentally simulated,and the verification method can be effectively applied to the coupled gas scheduling problem of by-products.In the application implementation of the scheduling method,in order to solve the problems of low development efficiency,difficult code maintenance and insufficient system expansion during the development of the by-product gas dispatching system,combined with the requirements of the dispatching system,the MVVM(Model-View-ViewModel)is constructed.The overall design of the model,and the detailed design of the database and prediction module,balance optimization and decision module,parameter configuration module and system management module,and the division of labor between the various levels of each module.After number of experimental validation,the system meets the actual and non-functional requirements,meets the design goals,and provides powerful guidance for the optimization decision of the steel enterprise.This dissertation combines the actual application scenarios of a steel enterprise to develop a by-product gas dispatching system based on MVVM mode,and demonstrates good scalability and compatibility in practical applications,providing scientific and reasonable guidance for by-product gas production scheduling.
