Compressed air system is one of the main power sources of iron and steel enterprises,and its production energy consumption accounts for about 10% ~ 15% of the total energy consumption of iron and steel enterprises.With the increasingly serious energy situation in China,its optimal scheduling has become the focus of attention of enterprises and researchers.Air compressor group is a time-varying,time-delay and nonlinear complex system.Due to the unreasonable and untimely scheduling of air compressors,the air compression system has low resource utilization,high energy consumption and large energy-saving space.On the one hand,reasonable air compressor unit scheduling can realize the structural optimization of production resources in the short-term operation of the pneumatic system,meet the gas demand of different production users,and provide a basis for the safe production and economic scheduling of enterprises;On the other hand,it can also improve the operation efficiency of the air compressor unit and make it run at the best working point as far as possible,so as to improve the economy and energy saving of the pneumatic system.Aiming at the optimal scheduling problem of compressed air system,this thesis establishes an air compressor group optimal scheduling model based on the background of a domestic iron and steel enterprise.According to the forecast results of the production load and pipe network loss of the air compressor,the objective function oriented to the optimal economic cost is established with the boundary constraints of satisfying the production process requirements and the equipment capacity.The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the scheduling model,and the optimal combination scheme of air compressors is obtained.The effectiveness of the model is verified by the real-time data of a steel enterprise,and the experimental results show that the optimal scheduling scheme is obviously superior to the manual scheduling scheme.According to the production process of air compressor and the needs of scheduling personnel,the optimal scheduling software system of air compressor is designed and implemented.Describes the system architecture,system software platform,database design and the specific implementation process of each module design.The air compressor scheduling software system designed in this thesis has been used in an iron and steel enterprise,which shows that the system runs reliably,has a good interactive interface,can monitor the air compressor system in real time,provides scientific decision support for scheduling,not only ensures the safe operation of the air compressor system,but also effectively reduces the energy waste.
