At present,hardware & tools industry has existing problems like overcapacity,inefficiency,serious homogenization,and extensive method of economic growth,etc.In 2015,General Office of the State Council issued "Made in China 2025",intended to promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,accelerate the process of international integration.However,each industry needs to explore their own experience,how to realize enterprise transformation and upgrading.Hardware & tools industry is a small part in the industrial system,most experts have few research on how to transform the hardware & tools industry.Business model still follows the original model: Provincial distributor--Prefecture level city authorized dealer--County and city reseller.With the popularity of the Internet & change in consumer behavior,greatly impacted the traditional business model,hardware & tools industry have to innovate new model.This article takes BOSI Tools company as an example,adopting theoretical research,questionnaire,SWOT analysis,etc.In-depth analysis of the development status of BOSI tools company,advantages and disadvantages,existing problems,existing business models and customer value propositions.Combined with own situation,proposed a new business model " Direct Selling Supermarket +Service ",point out construction of new business model from the sales layer,resource integration layer & tool layer.This article focus on: define customer value proposition,According to customer value-oriented innovation to do new business models.The new business model of "direct marketer super + service" proposed in this paper aims to break away from the traditional business model of layer upon layer distribution,directly transfer profits and serve consumers,take supermarket as the carrier,integrate key resources as the core,and finally realize customer value by optimizing various tools and technologies.Under the premise of the country promoting industrial development,the significance of this paper is to provide a research foundation for policy formulation and provide practical ideas for the transformation of other tool enterprises.
