As an important component of equipment manufacturing industry, the mould industry plays an irreplaceable part nowadays. In recent years, the informationization of mould enterprises have always been the industrial focus, facilitating industrial informationization and implementing advanced manufacturing mode are key factors to guarantee quick response to the market and competitiveness of enterprises. However, during the configuration process, much emphasis was put on separate department, the information sharing and systems integration were usually neglected, which led to the information isolation and failure of enterprises integration. As a result, few of information integration solutions can solve the problems efficiently.Promoted by demands of industrial developments and the newest information technology, enterprises integration shifted rapidly from information integration to process integration for the preeminent performance exhibiting in the real production process. On the basis of process integration , the paper conducts many studies on the typical four business processes of mold industry, respectively order process,design process, manufacturing process and purchase process, then proposes the integration architecture based on Business Process Management( BPM) in view of inconstancy and complexity of business process, finally realize the whole lifecycle management, including modeling, simulation optimization and monitoring of business process.Meanwhile, the paper comes up with a modeling method based on Business Process Modeling Notation(BPMN), which can demonstrate the process integration visually and efficiently, the architecture also combines Business Process Execution Language(BPEL) choreography with traditional workflow to fulfill the integration operation, this solution not only accommodates to circumstances but also takes advantage of agility and scalability of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) architecture. BPEL mainly takes charge of automatic integration and JBPM Process Definition Language(JPDL) with responsibility for human-invovled integration of business processes, which solve the problem of manufacturing scheduling and information sharing. FurtherMore, monitoring solution based on Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) is brought forward, it is able to provide exact real-time monitoring and information feedback for the business processes optimization with the help of Rules Engine.Based on the studies mentioned above, business processes integration strategy of mould enterprises is proposed The architecture can greatly enhance information sharing, automation and real-time monitoring of business processes, well connect different business departments together, and provide optimization management solution for mould industry on the strategic hierarchy.
