With the rapid development of China's economy,the requirements for construction,coal mining,oil field and other industries are getting higher and higher.At the same time,with the advent of the people-oriented era,emphasizing the efficiency of enterprise production,it is necessary to ensure the health and safety of the employees.However,in these industries,the accident rate has been maintained at a high level,and the number of casualties caused by the accident is also the top priority in all industries.The safety accident not only causes the economic loss of the employees themselves,but also seriously endangers the development of the society.A large number of accidents were caused by improper operation of employees.The safety motivation and safety behaviors of employees were the main factors leading to safety accidents.In Chinese cultural background,leader is the enterprise policy makers and top decision makers,in the enterprise atmosphere construction plays a very important role,with the coming of age of all walks of life emphasizing safety,safety-special transformational leadership has attracted the attention of managers and scholars,and has become the most practice of leadership style.Safety-special transformational leadership is a new type of leadership theory based on transformational leadership,which emphasizes the close relationship with safety production.The safety-special transformational leadership plays a positive role in promoting employee safety behavior through a serial of behavior.Although previous studies have proved the influence of safety-special transformational leadership on safety behaviors,they neglected the role of safety motivation closely related to safety behaviors,and no related studies were conducted to explore the boundary conditions of them.In addition,previous studies only explore the relationship between the two from a single level,and the results can not be verified by each other.This study is based on the leader-member exchange theory,organization member exchange theory of double exchange theory perspective to explore the safety-special transformational leadership on employees' safety behavior and mechanism of inter group boundary conditions,and in response to "emotional revolution" appeal,combined with the model of emotional intelligence from the individual level to study on the relationship between boundary conditions.Based on SEM,we use HLM technology to verify the mechanism of safety-special transformational leadership impact on safety behavior.Through the questionnaire survey,the results are as follows:(1)safety-special transformational leadership can positively influence employees' safety behavior;(2)safety motivation plays an intermediary role in the process of safety-special transformational leadership on employees' safety behavior;(3)emotional intelligence in the transformational leadership through the process of affecting the safety of safety motivation on employees' safety behavior the role in regulation;(4)safety-special transformational leadership not only has a positive effect on safety motivation and safety behavior at the individual level,at the organization level also has a significant effect on the safety motivation and safety behavior;(5)the moderating effect of cross-level safety climate on safety-special transformational leadership through safety motivation in the process of safety behavior.This paper from the two levels of individuals,organizations to discusses the safety-special transformational leadership and employees' safety behavior.This paper is not only detect double exchange theory and also from two levels of individual and organization to produce some useful suggestions for organization management.
