At present, the national coal mine safety production situation is in a complicated stage.Recently, coal mine production accidents have occurred frequently. From the perspective of the causes of coal mine accidents in china, human accidents account for about 80% of the total number of coal mine accidents.Starting with the management of safety behaviors, more and more scholars have begun to conduct research from the level of managers in the current research on safety behavior management.Traditional management methods will affect the enthusiasm of employees. Therefore, managers must adopt a new management or leadership method. The characteristics of the coal industry determine that the working environment of miners is difficult and highly mobile, and servant leaders can take the interests of employees first, compared with traditional safety behavior management, servant leaders have made significant progress and improvements in improving employee safety behaviors. They combine positive organizational behaviors with safety behaviors, essentially avoiding unsafe behaviors transforma into active and active safety behaviors, and at the same time provides new management ideas for coal mine safety production. In order to explore the relationship between servant leadership, organizational justice, job satisfaction, and positive safety behaviors of miners,a hypothetical model of the four is constructed and research hypotheses are proposed.Based on the questionnaire survey,a total of 346 valid questionnaires from coal mines in Shanxi and Henan were collected. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires were analyzed through SPSS,and the differences in demographic variables of various variables were tested. The positive safety behaviors of miners are tested for relevance, and then AMOS is used to verify the constructed theoretical model. The results show that there are significant gender differences in servant leadership, organizational justice, job satisfaction, and positive safety behaviors. There are significant differences in age between servant leadership and organizational justice.servant leadership and active safety behaviors have significant differences in academic qualifications.Servant leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction have significant differences in working years.Servant leadership can not only directly affect the positive safety behaviors of miners, but also indirectly affect the positive safety behaviors of miners through three paths: the independent mediation of organizational justice, the independent mediation of job satisfaction, the chain mediation of organizational justice and job satisfaction. The research results have improved the safety management of coal mine enterprises.First of all, servant leadership can positively predict positive safety behaviors. Therefore, grassroots managers must put the interests of miners first, plan work and time reasonably, and avoid miners working long hours underground. When the miners encounter difficulties, provide their own help and resource support, strengthen the safety culture and safety training of the miners,so as to promote the miners to proactively produce safety behaviors.Secondly, the study also found that servant leadership indirectly promote the production of positive and safe behaviors of miners through organizational justice and job satisfaction.Managers should always pay attention to miners in their work, meet their needs, serve miners.Miners feel fair and just in the organization, thereby improving coal mine safety management. At the same time, the improvement of the sense of organizational justice will stimulate the enthusiasm of the miners, promote the improvement of job satisfaction, and promote positive safety behaviors to produce safety behaviors, and provide a basis for coal mine safety management.
