With the maturity of products and the increasingly fierce competition in the market,product-centered conceptual design can no longer meet the needs of users and bring new value growth point to enterprises.However,the PSS(product service system)can solve these problems well by transferring the value growth point from designing and selling a single product to a holistic solution consisting of products and services.At present,the research on the design framework and implementation technology of PSS is insufficient,and the spiral growth process from customer value to concept scheme generation has not been realized according to the intrinsic value demand of the product purchased by users.In addition,existing research fails to effectively integrate existing product design knowledge with PSS to improve design efficiency.In order to solve the above problems,the concept of "product + service" is introduced into the conceptual design of shearer,and the framework of PSS is constructed.Driven by customer value,through the process of customer value analysis,transfer and distribution of value elements and interactive design of products and services,the framework generates an integrated solution combining products and services to better meet user needs and enhance enterprise competitiveness,provides a new design system and method for the PSS,and a systematic theoretical and technical basis for the transformation and upgrading of the shearer manufacturing enterprises to the PSS.The research of this article mainly includes the following aspects.(1)Based on the concept of axiomatic design domain and driven by customer value,the design framework of product service system from customer value analysis to scheme generation is constructed,which lays the foundation for the follow-up design process.(2)In the process of customer value analysis,starting from the goal of the system that the customer expects,customer value is deeply captured through the progressive process of expectation goal-expectation result-expectation attribute.The cloud model is used to process group decision-making values with fuzziness and randomness,and the multi-mode optimization analysis based on competitive correction analysis and Kano model correction analysis is used to modify the basic importance of value elements,which improves the accuracy of customer value importance analysis.(3)In the process of customer value transfer and distribution,parallel structure QFD(quality function deployment)embedded cloud model is constructed to transfer and distribute customer value to two different objects of product and service.The model reasoning based on ELM(extreme learning machine)is used to reuse the previous shearer design knowledge,and the effective integration of product design and product service system design is realized.(4)In the generation of PSS scheme,the interactive design process is established for interactive configuration and information interaction between products and services,and the spiral growth process of mutual promotion between products and services is realized.Based on the industrial product service blueprint,the integrity of the PSS scheme and the matching between product and service are verified,and the integration of the surface layer of the scheme is realized.The PSS oriented to conceptual design of shearer not only digs customer value more deeply,but also generates the integrated scheme combining product and service in the process of transfer and distribution of value elements and generation of scheme.Compared with the single product scheme,the scheme of PSS not only achieves the promotion effect of service on product to improve product design,but also improves enterprise competitiveness and user satisfaction with personalized service.Taking shearer as an example,the feasibility and validity of the above method are verified.
