Quality function deployment (QFD) is a quality system that can help to design products and improve its idealizing level. Theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) is a powerful tool in helping to solve difficult technical problems. Convergence and integration between the Two theories not only meeting different demands of different users but also can wise us to "What should we do it" and "How should we do it".For the shortage of the traditional design method for perfect functional requirements and solve technical conflict of top drive drilling system(TDS), this paper has applied the theory of QFD, functional requirements and related parameters have been analyzed systematically for improving the design efficiency of the top drive drilling system, the relationship of the factor effect the functional requirements of the TDS has been obtained, including 13 parameters that be classified to 5 groups, five groups parameters are reliability, performance, cost, use, service, and refinement for the failure rate, overload performance, environmental adaptability, drilling torque, transmission mode, transmission efficiency, control precision, noise, price, energy consumption, safety, mobility, maintenance rate of 13 factors; the house of quality(HOQ) for functional requirements/engineering techniques of the TDS and mainly 13 technological measures and weightings have been gained, it includes operation control systems, drilling motors, the pipe handler, water swivel, degree of automation and balance system, cooling system, operation monitoring system, equipment management factors, weight, volume, length, installation performance. Supported by TRIZ principles, technical conflict can be resolved; the focus and schemes of concept design innovation can be obtained. And reduces the development costs and shortens the development cycle. Examples demonstrate through engineering solutions, TRIZ theory to prove the effectiveness in product innovation. Finally, we can find a good program from different options by results of fuzzy synthetically evaluation.In this paper, using QFD and TRIZ effective and reasonable access for products of the conceptual design to practical solutions; improve product design quality, shorten product design cycles. |
