| RFID is a kind of non-contacting automatic identifying technology. RFID reader isable to realize data communication with electronic tags by using radio frequency signal.RFID can conduct reliable and comprehensive information collection and data analysis,achieve full traceability of product information. It is an inevitable choice for the enterpriseto establish product information traceability system, improve product quality, increasemanagement and production efficiency. Nowadays, RFID is widely applied in variousindustries. RFID applied in the commodity steel industry can prompt the whole commoditysteel industry to change substantively. In this thesis, steel products will be marked a uniqueidentification by using EPC code storing in the RFID electronic tag. Taking advantage ofRFID, the whole process of information traceability of the steel products from theproduction and processing to the sales will be achieved. Steel product traceabilitymanagement will be carried out by establishing traceability management system to controlthe quality of steel products effectively, ensure the quality and safety in the transportationand distribution process, stamp out fake and shoddy products used in the project technically,improve the quality of the project effectivity, guarantee the lawful rights and interests of thesteel manufacturers.To sum up, the main topics of this thesis are as follows:1. The RFID system is introduced in detail, including the constitution of developmentboard with RFID, the working principle of RFID system, the composition of theelectronic tags and the way of data coding and storage, and the write read test ofthe EPC code of the RFID electronic tag.2. A new style steel quality report is proposed, analyzed the technical features of thenew quality report, established the model of the new quality report and workingmechanism based on RFID.3. The steel product information traceability method based on RFID is established,analyzed the traceable index screening and EPC coding, created the steel product traceability management system, including the analysis of system platformstructure, the constructed of the system general framework and the founded of thesystem physical model. |
