Many important components of aeroengine need to bear high temperature, high pressure and complex stress. The material requirements are very strict.Usually, high temperature resistant metals such as titanium alloys are used.Abrasive belt grinding plays an important role in Grinding Titanium Alloy Blades because of its elastic grinding characteristics. However,in order to improve grinding efficiency and increase grinding linear speed, grinding temperature will be too high. Therefore, suitable cooling and lubrication methods are essential. In abrasive belt grinding, dry grinding, coating lubrication and water pouring lubrication are usually chosen to avoid oil entering contact wheel and belt slipping.Vegetable oil is used for micro-lubrication,which has better cooling and antiwear effect. At the same time, the use of micro-lubricating oil is small, and the oil acts more accurately on the grinding area, which can prevent the oil from causing belt slippage. At the same time,in the environment of green manufacturing, the application prospect of Micro-lubrication is more and more broad. In view of the problem of slippage in the micro lubrication of abrasive belt grinding and the problem of effective lubrication grinding area, the characteristics of micro lubrication spray, abrasive belt grinding contact wheel grinding and micro lubrication lubrication are studied and analyzed. This paper analyses the characteristics of abrasive belt grinding and the effect of different oil on Micro-lubrication in abrasive belt grinding. The micro lubrication spray is studied and analyzed, and the deformation characteristics of the contact wheel in abrasive belt grinding are studied and simulated. The relationship between micro lubrication spray angle and abrasive belt grinding and skidding is analyzed.Based on the deformation profile and spray state of abrasive belt grinding, through fluid analysis and simulation, the micro lubrication and effective lubrication of abrasive belt grinding are analyzed to avoid the condition of burn.Micro-lubrication grinding experiments are carried out on titanium alloy specimens with uncoated abrasive belt and coated abrasive belt. The effects of Micro-lubrication on abrasive wear, chip, surface integrity and metallography of titanium alloy are analyzed. The cooling and wear reduction effect of Micro-lubrication is analyzed. In order to further improve the lubrication effect, the lubrication effect of carbon nanotubes in micro-lubricated oil is analyzed.Based on the lubrication effect of Micro-lubrication in Grinding Titanium Alloy blades, the Micro-lubrication experiment in abrasive belt grinding of titanium alloy blades is carried out.Under the condition that the blades are not burned, the optimal parameters of titanium alloy grinding based on high efficiency and high quality grinding are analyzed.
