In recent years,water shortages in coal mines has become increasingly severe in China.It has become a hot issue of research to study an underground water treatment system for coal mines which is efficient and energy saving.Currently,for the conventional mine water treatment system has make work done someway,the problem of large dosage and area,high operation cost still there.Above all,in this paper,relying on the Pingmei eleven coal mine,developed a super efficiency spiral inlet inorganic ceramic membrane water purification technology,and a detailed research for the technology.Firstly,the working principles of the mine water purification technology were introduced,and the and the advantages of super high efficiency spiral inlet inorganic ceramic membrane was emphatically analyzed.Then,setting a pilot scale experiment equipment of inorganic ceramic membrane,the effluent efficiency of the system,the removal efficiency of suspended particulate matter and other pollutants were studied in detail.Based on the pilot scale experiment,the engineering design of the eleven coal mine water purification treatment system has been completed.Finally,the engineering application of inorganic ceramic membrane water purification technology was analyzed.The results show that:the effect of water flow rate on the effluent efficiency of the equipment is negligible.when the system is running in time within 12 days,the effluent efficiency stabilized at 80%,with the increase of running days,the effluent efficiency gradually reduced;Through calculation and analysis,the removal efficiency of total suspended solids reached 95.08%,COD reached 94.33%.The application results show that the system effluent is stable,and the effluent efficiency is stable at 80%.The removal efficiency of the total suspended substance is 94.5%,COD reaches 93.8%,it is closer to the pilot scale experiment data.The economic benefit can be realized at 428.4×10~4 RMB annually before transformation.By comparison with pilot scale experiment and application contrast,inorganic ceramic membrane water purification technology of water treatment technology is a small area,high effluent efficiency,stable effluent quality,low energy consumption,and has wide application prospect.The inorganic ceramic membrane water purification technology is less land occupation,high effluent efficiency,stable effluent quality,low energy consumption,and with a widely application prospect.
