| High-strength nylon 6 filaments and fabrics have many excellent properties such as high tensile strength,light weight,abrasion resistance and comfortable wearing.They are widely used in many fields including taking,and are hot research spots in recent years.However,due to its high crystallinity and orientation,the filament has problems such as low dyeing rate,uneven dyeing and low color fastness,which seriously restricts the application range of high-strength nylon 6 filaments and fabrics.In view of the above problems,this thesis first systematically studied the structural properties of high-strength nylon 6 fiber,and improved the theoretical support for the dyeing process of high-strength nylon 6 fabric.Then dyeing high-strength nylon 6 fabric and ordinary nylon 6 fabric with acid CI red,yellow and blue dyes,and studying the dyeing properties of high-strength nylon6 fabric from three aspects:(1)Studying high-strength nylon 6 fabric and different dyeing effects of ordinary nylon 6 fabrics under the same dyeing process,comparative analysis of the different effects of dyeing process on the dyeing rate,dye fixing rate and K/S value of high-strength and ordinary nylon 6 fabrics and their causes;(2)Study the difference of dyeing process of the same dyeing rate and explore the best dyeing process of high-strength nylon 6 fabric;(3)Aiming at the problems Appeared in high-strength nylon 6 fabric dyeing experiment such as low dyeing rate,poor leveling property,low color fastness,etc.,high-strength nylon 6 fabric is co-dyed with acid dye penetrant and leveling agent under high temperature and optimal dyeing process,and the fabric is post-treated with acid dye fixing agent.The dye fixing post-treatment achieved good dyeing effect,dyeing leveling and high color fastness.The results show that the best dyeing conditions for high-strength nylon 6 fabrics are: bath ratio 1:20,dye pH value 4,dye mass fraction0.1 wt%,dyeing temperature 100 ° C,dyeing The time is 60 min.For the dyeing process,high-strength nylon 6 fabric dyeing is prone to uneven dyeing andpoor color fastness.In This topic SX913 levelling agent and OE-35 penetrant are used to co-dye high-strength nylon 6 fabric under high temperature environment.The results showed that the co-staining of OE-35 penetrant and SX913 leveling agent significantly improved the dyeing leveling and coloring effect of high-strength nylon 6 fabric;the method of post-treating high-strength nylon 6 fabric with acid dye fixing agent Goon 705,The color fastness of the dyed sample is remarkably improved,and a good dye fixing effect is obtained.The dyed high strength nylon 6 fabric achieved similar dyeing effect to dyed ordinary nylon 6 fabric. |
