In recent years, with the development of textile, people pay more and more attentionto the safety and environmental protection of textiles. The colour fastness of textiles hasalso been given more and more attention. Direct dyes, acid dyes and reactive dyesgenerally exist the phenomenon of poor fastness to wet processing, so the fabric dyeingthrough direct dyes, acid dyes and reactive dyes still need to have solid color finish inorder to achieve various fastness requirements.Polyamine fixing agent is a kind of cationic fixing agent, is made of organic amineand epichlorohydrin condensation reaction to obtain, which can form difficult or insolublelake in the fibre with anionic dyes such as direct dyes, acid dyes and reactive dyes, havingsolid color effect by closing water soluble groups. In addition, the molecular structure ofthe reactive group can crosslink reaction with the hydroxyl and amino of the fiber and dye,so that the dyes in the fiber is fixed more firmly.This topic has prepared a polyamine formaldehyde-free fixing agent, had been madefirstly by the reaction of tetraethtlene pentamine, triethylamine and dimethylamine andepichlorohydrin, and then again dropping residual dimethylamine solution andepichlorohydrin to react.Through the process of synthesis of single factor variable analysis,to determine the optimum synthesis conditions was: adding quantitative tetraethtlenepentamine, triethylamine and part of dimethylamine solution and epichlorohydrin to reactperiod of time in a cold water bath, and then plused residual dimethylamine solution, afterreacting2h, adding again residual epichlorohydrin, reacting2h at60℃for5h. The molarratio of the tetraethtlene pentamine to epichlorohydrin to dimethylamine to triethylaminewas1:5:1:0.5.The subject of the synthesis of polyamine type fixing agent fixing finished that directdyes and reactive dyes dyeing of cotton fabrics and acid dyes dyeing of nylon fabric,through the application of the optimization of process conditions, processing the optimalfinishing. The optimal finishing process for dyeing of cotton fabric was: dyed cottonfabricsâ†'two immersion two rolling (dosage of the fixing agent is50g/L, rolling over rateis80%, and pH value is9)â†'drying(80℃,3min)â†'baking (130℃,3min). The optimum fixation process for dyeing of nylon fabric was: dyed of nylon fabricâ†'two immersion tworolling (dosage of the fixing agent is50g/L, rolling over rate is80%, and pH value is6,solid color tempreture70℃)â†'drying(70℃,3min)â†'baking(110℃,3min). After fixationfinishing, resistance to friction and resistance to water fastness of dyed cotton fabric areobviously increased, enhanced about0.5~1grade, relative to the cotton fabric, resistanceto friction and resistance to water fastness of nylon fabric are not very obvious, improved0.5grade.After the fixation finishing, the mass fraction fabric water soluble is28.9%, the massfraction of the fixing agent on the surface of the fabric is20%, the mass fraction of thefixing agent fixing in fabric is51.1%. After the fixation finishing, the breaking strengthand crease recovery angle of cotton fabric and nylon fabric and without finishing cottonfabric and nylon fabric were compared, found after the fixation finishing cotton fabric andnylon fabric of breaking strength and crease recovery angle relative to the untreated fabrichas a lower degree.This topic also adopts the infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) on the synthetic productswere characterized, determined the synthetic products containing cationic reaction typepolyamine fixing agent. And the synthesis of polyamine cationic fixing agent tested thebasic properties, the fixing agent of the appearance is the light yellow transparent liquid,the solid content is35.7%, the viscosity is314mPa s, centrifugal stability is good.
