The traditional woollen cashmere fabric is not machine washable,and the main reason for the inability is that the surface of the washed cashmere fabric is easy to fluff,resulting in easy pilling,and the anti-pilling pilling level after washing is insufficient.Because the cashmere and wool parts are similar in nature,the authors summarized the previous research on the anti-pilling technique of wool,and refer to the existing patents and research on the anti-pilling technology of cashmere products,and conclude that the cashmere anti-pilling is improved.Performance requires process monitoring and improvement from raw material to weaving to finishing.In view of this,this topic starts from two aspects to improve the machine washability of cashmere,namely: one is to improve the cashmere process to reduce the cashmere damage;the second is to select the appropriate finishing agent and improve the finishing process Anti-pilling performance.A large number of experiments and studies have been carried out to develop an effective combing and finishing technology for cashmere fabrics with machine washability.In the woollen process,by analyzing the effects of the cashmere fibers on the needle surface of each machine during the woolen process,the mechanism of damage to the cashmere is summarized,that is,the cylinder of the cylinder-work roll is produced by the cashmere.The combing effect also causes damage to the cashmere.At the same time,the experimental results show that the cashmere fiber is mainly damaged in the pre-combed tin forest and the first cylinder.The single factor experiment confirmed that the distance between the cylinder and the work roll and the speed of the cylinder were the main influencing factors,and the preliminary range of the process parameters of the low damage cashmere was obtained.Then the orthogonal test was used to further verify the action relationship.Orthogonal test was carried out for multi-factors such as doffer ratio and hair feeding volume,and the indicators such as length index,difference rate and short-staple rate of cashmere were tested and analyzed,and the significance test was carried out to obtain the best.The technical parameters of the woollen cashmere are prepared for the high-quality yarn of the machine washable cashmere.In the finishing process,the effects of finishing agent concentration,finishing temperature and finishing time on the anti-pilling ability of cashmere were determined by single factor experiment to determine the best finishing concentration,time and temperature.The orthogonal experiment was used to further analyze the influence of the interaction of different factors on the anti-pilling performance of cashmere fabric,and its significance was judged.The significant influence of the factors in the selected factors was: finishing agent concentration> finishing time > Finishing the temperature.The best cashmere anti-pilling finishing process is obtained.The finishing liquid is: Montelai-2002 concentration 20%;crosslinker concentration is 8%;Montelai-1308 softener 5%;PH value 6-7;bath ratio 1 :20.Finishing process: washing and shrinking treatment ? constant temperature water bath oscillator(including finishing agent)? fabric at a constant temperature of 65 ° C for 30 min ? water washing and drying(80 ° C,about 20 min).The pilling resistance of the finished fabric after passing the ball box test of 7200 rpm reached about 4 grades.It is about 1.5 grades higher than the original.After the machine has been optimized by the woollen spinning process,it is combined with the high-twisting process of the spun yarn and the double twisting process.The yarn reaches the standard of the first yarn and the cashmere sample weaved by the yarn is optimized and the finishing test is finished.The four main test indicators of the washable test have reached the machine washable standard,and the performance is not Affected.
