Cashmere is favored by consumers for its soft feel,excellent thermal insulation performance and natural non-irritating skin-feeling.However,the cashmere products are prone to fluff and pilling,and are liable to generate static electricity under low humidity conditions,which have seriously affected their taking experience and application fields.Therefore,we pay attention to cashmere products problem of easy pilling and static electricity accumulation.Finding a suitable cashmere and its finishing method has become a research hotspot in the development of cashmere textiles in recent years.The subject constructed a two-layer coating film structure on the surface of the cashmere fabric by using foam micro-coating,to give cashmere the function of anti-pilling and anti-static finishing.Firstly,through the structural design of the bottom / surface two-layer resin of cashmere,different ionic chain extenders,different polyether polyols,and hydroxy hydrocarbon-based poly siloxane were used in the design and preparation.Anionic water-based polyurethane resins(AWPU)and cationic silicone-modified polyurethane resins(CSPU)for the surface finishing of cashmere were prepared.Two primer resins were designed.Based on the structure of the primer resin,8 surface resins were designed and prepared.Coated with resin,and finally optimized 2 surface coating resins based on the antistatic effect.Secondly,based on different primer resins(made in this subject and other sources),different foam finishing formulas were formulated,and choose stable foam finishing recipes;then,prepared the prepared CNC-graphene material with the preferred surface coating resin finishing solution,and select the appropriate CNC-graphene concentration;finally,coated two layers resins on the cashmere by using foam finishing,After finishing,did the researches about the anti-static,antipilling and washing-resistant properties of cashmere.The method for finishing and processing cashmere of foam micro-coating can give cashmere anti-pilling,antistatic effects,and save more water,energy compared with the traditional impregnation method,also maintain the soft style of cashmere.The research found that: The self-made primer anionic and cationic waterborne polyurethane resins have good foam stability at a concentration of 60g/L;when the stable foam formula is preferred,it is found that when AWPU is used in combination with K12 and sodium alginate The stability is the best;CSPU also has the good foam stability when it is compatible with lauryl betaine and cationic modified guar gum,and its foam half-life can reach 20 min.;Foam finishing can increase the anti-pilling grade of cashmere fabric by 1-2 grades.After processing,the cashmere fabric has a small change in soft feel and has a certain wash ability;Compounding CNC-graphene in foam finishing solution can make cashmere fabrics have significantly better antistatic function,and make the antistatic level of cashmere above B grade,but its washing resistance needs further research to improve.
