Blast Furnace Top Gas Recovery Turbine Unit (TRT) is recognized as a High Efficient energy recovery unit, TRT works on the Premise which ensuring the stability of Blast Furnace top pressure. Therefore, the systematically research on the TRT system is very important . The Design and Research of this subject, is ensuring the stability of Blast Furnace top pressure Controlled by oTRT , under the normal production of the Blast Furnace .The main contents of thesis are as follow:1. Combining the operating precondition of blast furnace and characterisitics of the TRT unit control system, Determine the principle and the method of the blast furnace TRT control system.2. Based on S7-400H system of Siemens, Combining the principle of the blast furnace TRT control system, the hardware and the software system are designed. The thesis has designed and realized the program of TRT process control system by using PLC Sequential Control Ladder Diagram. And it is fit for the engineering application.3. By considering the production and the equipment characteristics of iron making, the thesis makes a theoretic analysis on the top pressure stability in TRT unit. Dynamical models, when the TRT unit works under normal condition and emergency shut down, are established respectively, and the models'parameter identification based on data from industrial field .The models are verified by the simulation, and results show that the model can reflect the situation of the blast furnace correctly.4. The study on the advanced solution of top gas pressure Control. Based on the established model TRT unit under the normal condition, established Smith-Fuzzy PID controller by combining the modern control theory, in order to upgrade and optimizing the top gas pressure control system, this process is simulated with MATLAB, and the simuliation results demonstrate the control effect. Meanwhile, by comparing the simulated result between the other controller, Smith-Fuzzy PID controller shows better robustness and efficiency.
