In 2002,some secondary vocational and technical schools in China began to offer “resources and environment” majors.For more than ten years,an independent disciplinary system has been formed,but compared with other mature disciplines of secondary vocational and technical schools,the training mode of the discipline is still not perfect,the teachers are weak,and there are still many difficulties and defects in the training of excellent technical talents..It is also of great theoretical and practical significance to study the training mode of resources and environment professionals in secondary vocational and technical schools in order to improve the quality of personnel training in this major.This paper uses questionnaire research methods,comparative research methods and interview methods.On the basis of analyzing domestic and foreign literatures,combing relevant concepts,comparing the resource and environmental professional training programs of the Second Secondary Vocational and Technical Schools in Lhasa and the Teaching and Guidance Program for Resources and Environment in Secondary Vocational Schools,and the second secondary vocational technology in Lhasa The students of the school conducted a questionnaire survey and interviewed relevant teachers.On the basis of questionnaires and interviews,this paper analyzes the current situation of resource and environment professional training in the second secondary vocational and technical school in Lhasa,and finds that the school’s professional talent training program has its own characteristics,but the training program is not accurate,students Problems such as poor foundation,low overall teacher level,and inadequate school management.In response to these questions,the spirit of the relevant documents such as the Ministry of Education’s Principles on the Development of Teaching Plans for Secondary Vocational Schools(Faculty [2009] No.2)and the Teaching and Guidance Program for Resources and Environment in Secondary Vocational Schools are used.The needs of social and economic development and the reality of Lhasa City,the author discusses the four aspects of training objectives,curriculum,teaching methods and quality assessment,and proposes to build a training model for resource and environment professionals in secondary vocational schools in Lhasa.This provides a reference for the cultivation of resources and environment majors in Lhasa secondary vocational and technical schools to be more mature and effective.
