In September 2020,the Policy for improving the quality of Vocational Education(2020-2023)published by the Ministry of education and the other nine departments promote an upsurge of curriculum teaching development.The document regards accelerating the "classroom revolution" of vocational schools as the point of departure,focuses on catering to the diversity of students,and aims to deepen the curriculum reform.It is worth exploring how to promote the reform of the teaching method of the "CNC Lathe Training" course in secondary vocational schools.We have completed investigating the talent demand of enterprises and analyzing the current development situation of the industry,based on relevant references.Then,using the role-playing teaching method in CNC Lathe Training course,we sort out various problems that exist in the teaching of CNC Lathe Training course of processing and manufacturing in secondary vocational schools,combined with the characteristics of CNC Lathe Training course,and this study focuses on cultivating people with virtue.Reconstruct the CNC Lathe Training classroom,stimulate the secondary vocational students' thirst for knowledge,and improve their professional cognition and participation enthusiasm.Meanwhile,based on improving the teaching effect of the CNC Lathe Training Course in secondary vocational schools,the paper mainly expounds on the pre-class preparation,in-class activities,and after-school teaching evaluation of role-playing teaching method with the application of CNC Lathe Training Course in secondary vocational schools.The expected results of the role-playing teaching method were analyzed and summarized,which is in the teaching of CNC Lathe Training Course of secondary vocational schools through the teaching case design and Application Research of a specific teaching task of CNC Lathe Training Course in secondary vocational schools.Meanwhile,the questionnaire was posted again to figure out the shortcomings of this study in order to constantly adjust and optimize.The research on the application of the role-play teaching method in the practical training course of CNC lathe in secondary vocational schools can promote the combination of classroom and social adaptability in secondary colleges and universities,develop the advantages of professional disciplines,and promote the common development of students' individual,major,and society.It also helps students improve their practical operation ability,set up a correct professional concept,and cultivate their craftsmanship spirit and practical application ability in order to make them have the basic quality and ability of professionals and fill the lack of relevant talents in the society.
