With the continuous development of national economy and the improvement of peopled living standards,the demand for the cold-chain market and effectiveness is increasingly expanding,which moved the inventory close to the sales end.The"warehouse to warehouse" cold-chain transportation from the initial warehouse to the destination warehouse is a necessary means to realize the "pre-stocking" of cold-chain freight.Meanwhile,the "warehouse to warehouse" cold-chain transportation has many problems such as imperfect infrastructure,high cost,serious carbon emission,and lack of scientific optimization methods for transportation organization.Therefore,how to use the limited resources available to rationally optimize cold-chain freight,how to rationally optimize the cold-chain freight flow organization and how to plan the"warehouse to warehouse" cold-chain vehicle transportation path are the key to achieving multi-objective optimization of cold-chain transportation,including economy,effectiveness and carbon emissions.On the basis of the author's intern working experience,this paper analyzed the development condition of the "warehouse to warehouse" cold-chain transportation,sorted out relative theoretical basis,and set up the optimization model for the"warehouse to warehouse," cold-chain transportation route.The context of the paper includes the following aspects:1.it analyzed the development condition of "warehouse to warehouse" cold-chain transportation and discussed the carbon dioxide releasing rule caused by fresh fruit and vegetables' respiration;it studied the quantitative method of cold-chain freight which can fluent by time changing;it also analyzed the common processing procedures and applicable conditions of the organization model of the "warehouse to warehouse"cold-chain transportation;it discussed the demand and interest relationships between freight owner and carrier during the "warehouse to warehouse" cold-chain transportation.2.it figured out the related theories about "warehouse to warehouse" cold-chain transportation and low carbon logistics and studied the key elements of "warehouse to warehouse" cold-chain route optimization,according to actual business scenes;it designed the trans-regional transportation network in the "warehouse to warehouse"cold-chain transportation network as well as the topological structure of the terminal picking-up and delivery network;it sorted out the carbon emission link in the"warehouse to warehouse" cold-chain transportation and the calculation mode of specific carbon emission.3.it designed the models of the two stages of "warehouse to warehouse"cold-chain transportation routing optimization based on the optimizing of freight distribution.The clients' demand for effectiveness was transferred into a penalty function,and take operation cost,time punishment and carbon emission cost as optimization targets;in the first stage,the distribution optimization model of"warehouse to warehouse" cold-chain freight flow was built up in consideration of carbon emission,which brought out the trans-reginal vehicle routing and terminal picking-up and delivery freight flow distribution optimization plan.In the second stage,on account of the operation periodicity and planning of transport center,design strict operation timetable and set up 0-1 mixed integer programming of "warehouse to warehouse" cold-chain terminal picking-up and delivery considering of carbon emission;take the result of the first stage as input condition and obtain the optimization plan for terminal picking-up and delivery vehicle routing.In order to use LINGO to get the global optimal solution,"squeeze theorem" was adopted to apply linearization treatment to the nonlinear part of objective function and constraint condition in the modeling;take some cold-chain transportation enterprise as the actual operation project case to prove the applicability and effectiveness of the model;based on the analysis of the case,it proposed the countermeasures and suggestion about transportation organization optimization,the improvement of transport capacity resource utilization rate,environmental pollution reduction,etc.There are 31 figures,20 tables and 55 references in the paper.
