The mining and use of coal resources brings two outstanding problems:First,the ecological damage caused by coal mining,and the core is the damage of groundwater and ecological environment;Second,the environmental damage caused by coal consumption is mainly the emission of pollutants from coal combustion.A large number of coal mining enterprises did not consider the environmental damage caused by extractive activities to groundwater and the surface at the beginning of their design and construction.With the continuation of extractive activities,environmental damage has become more serious and environmental problems have become more difficult to solve.The newly implemented Environmental Protection Law requires enterprises to bear the principal responsibility for environmental protection,and the regulatory authorities have also stepped up their enforcement efforts.Under the new situation,it is necessary for enterprises to control and reduce environmental pollution and discharge the mine well water according to the regulations.Lingxin coal mine,as a coal mine enterprise with 20 years of experience in production and construction,has done a lot of exploration and practice in the treatment of mine well water.It can provide reference for coal enterprises in the management of mine well water,and it is necessary to effectively solve the problem of mine water pollution in order to develop Lingxin coal mine.To guide and demonstrate the design of coal mine construction in the future.Coal mine water inrush treatment system is generally built on the ground,covers a large area,sludge concentrated water treatment process is complex,polluting the environment.According to the actual situation of the mine,the high density and high efficiency sedimentation treatment process is optimized based on the characteristics of the mine water inflow.For the first time,the mine surge water treatment system is built under the well,arranged near the main water warehouse at the bottom of the well,and sewage treatment equipment and assembly technology are redesigned.To meet underground conditions for use and installation.In the course of the research,a set of principle of filtration and precipitation of sewage in thegoaf area after multi-seam mining is explored,and the treatment process of sludge concentration in the system is optimized.Sludge concentration water is stored by mud pump to the treatment process in the clearance area,replacing the traditional treatment process of plate frame filter equipment.The results show that the direct investment cost of the water inrush treatment system is more than 5 million yuan lower than that of the ground construction treatment system.The water inrush treatment system is simple to operate and has low running cost.The discharge standard of coal industry pollutants is satisfied after water inrush treatment.Combined with the surface sewage depth treatment station to form the mine sewage recycling utilization.It has wide application value.
