The aim of temporary support on tunnelling working face is to protect the roof, avoid working under the roof with nothing and keep safe on working face,make multi-stage process parallel running.Leg cylinder and traction cylinder in temporary support will bear not only unconstant resistance,but also unbalance loading and heavy load overtun torque when working.The temporary support will face the problem of non-synchronous on cylinders which bear a large unbalance loading while working.Hydraulic synchronous system is the main object researched in this paper which used in self-motion temporary support of crossover step designed by CCTEG Taiyuan Research Institute, and this paper aims at solving the problem of cylinder Synchronous during the temporary support supporting the roof and pushing-pulling. The main works in this paper are as follows:The conjunction of load-sensing system and synchronous valve hydraulic synchronous system is designed in paper to solve the unbalance loading problem when temporary support is working.The operating principle of load-sensing variable displacement pump 、 load-sensing multi-way valve and synchronous valve are analyzed.Each cylinder can work independent when bear unbalance loading and be controlled individual by using load-sensing system, so the cylinders can work asynchronously;while the cylinder bear unbalance load, synchronous valve can solve the problem of pressure fluctuation and flow fluctuation and distribution of the pump.Furthermore, key component for support hydraulic synchronous system are selected and designed.For deeply understand the operating principle of hydraulic synchronous system of temporary support and key hydraulic component,and research the relationship of the key hydraulic component’s parameters, mathematical analysis and modeling is done of load-sensing variable displacement pump、load-sensing multi-way valve、self-adjusting synchronous valve and cylinder。AMESim model of passage cylinders hydraulic synchronous system based on the conjunction of load-sensing system and synchronous valve is built,and the simulation under the same load prove the models of load-sensing variable displacement、synchronous valve and pressure compensation valve are right;get the 0.68% synchronous precision through the simulation under unbalance load,and can satisfy the design requirements. Furthermore,contrast simulation of synchronous valve hydraulic synchronous system under unbalance load is done, analyze the result indicate that the synchronous precision of synchronous valve hydraulic synchronous system is the lower one,but the flow is steady.Hydraulic synchronous system test of passage cylinders is designed in this paper by referring to the references of cylinder loading system。And the test system is analyzed and explained in detail,and key components using in this test are selected and designed.Based on the hydraulic synchronous system test program which designed in paper, testbed is build,and the test of passage cylinders have done which bear unbalance load.The result of the test shows that all the synchronous precision are under 1.5%,and can meet the demand of project well. Furthermore,as the contrast test,the date of synchronous valve hydraulic synchronous system shows that it has a lower synchronous precision,and the fever of the system and energy loss are serious.
