Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of The Racket Manufacturing Industry In Shangguan Township Of Fuyang City Based On The Perspective Of Industrial Cluster

Shangguan township racket manufacturing industrial cluster is recognized as the "hometown of Chinese racket",after 40 years of rain and rain to form the current scale.Although it has initially formed industrial clusters,the cluster effect is not obvious on the whole.There are a series of problems such as fierce competition,lagging technology innovation,and single financing channels within the cluster.Therefore,this study takes the whole industrial cluster as the research object,and uses the literature data method and investigation method to deeply analyze its formation process,formation reason,and development status quo.The aim is to obtain the advantages and disadvantages of cluster development based on the understanding of cluster related development content,and finally put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the analysis and research of the racket manufacturing industry cluster in Shangguan Township,it is concluded that the formation process of the cluster can be divided into 5 stages.The reasons for the formation can be summarized into 4aspects.The current situation is analyzed by using the Potter diamond model structure.There are 6 elements.Finally,on the basis of the above contents,the advantages of cluster are summarized,and there are also a series of problems.On the basis of the above research,the author puts forward the macroscopic conception of the whole industrial chain of badminton in Zhejiang province,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the governmental level,social organization level and enterprise level respectively.
