Although a lot of environmental problems were caused by agricultural wastes,they come from a wide range of sources,and is low-cost and easy to degrade.Therefore,the research and utilization of agricultural wastes has become a research hotspot all over the world.Hazelnut is rich in nutrition,people usually take nuts to eat,its shell is hard,it is a waste in the process of reproduction and processing,disposal takes up a great space resources,incineration treatment will cause certain damage to the ecological environment.On the other hand,hazelnut shell contains a lot of substances that can be used by human beings.If the hazelnut shell is treated as waste,it is a waste of resources.In this paper,hazelnut shell was used as the raw material of activated carbon,which was prepared by chemical activation method of phosphoric acid impregnation.The optimum preparation conditions of hazelnut shell activated carbon were obtained by comparison and analysis of activation time,activation temperature,phosphoric acid concentration and iodine adsorption value by single factor experiment.On the basis of this,the orthogonal test was designed,and the influence of different factors on the yield and iodine adsorption value of hazel shell activated carbon was studied by orthogonal test.The optimal scheme for preparing hazel shell activated carbon was obtained by considering various factors.The main conclusions are as follows: the optimum process is obtained.Through the analysis of the results of orthogonal experiment,the optimum technological conditions were determined as follows: the concentration of phosphoric acid was 60%,the ratio of material was 2.5: 1,and the additive of 1mL was added,and the activation was carried out at 500 C for 180 min.The iodine adsorption value of hazel shell activated carbon was 1115.1 g / mg and the yield was 48.79%.Because of the huge output of waste edible oil and the relative shortage of petroleum resources in China,the hazelnut shell activated carbon was selected to decolorize the waste edible oil in various fields of application of activated carbon.In order to make better use of waste cooking oil.The effects of decolorization time,decolorization temperature,stirring rate and the amount of activated carbon on the decolorization of waste cooking oil by physical adsorption and decolorization with the prepared hazel shell activated carbon were discussed.The effect of four different factors on the decolorization effect of waste edible oil was also analyzed by orthogonal experiment.Decolorization of waste edible oil with hazel shell activated carbon.The results of orthogonal experiment showed that the optimum decolorization process of hazel shell activated carbon was as follows: decolorization temperature was 60 ?,decolorization time 40 min,stirring rate 200 rpm.The best decolorization rate can reach 67.03%.
