With the development of non-conventional oil and gas reservoirs in China,Horizontal Wells have become the main mining routes for Xinjiang Oil Fields."Sliding sleeve + open hole packer" fracturing technology is one of the main methods of fracturing technology of horizontal Wells.Since the application of this technology in xinjiang oilfield,there have been some problems in the daily construction and production of xinjiang oilfield.Based on research and development of xinjiang oilfield "sliding sleeve + open hole packer" partial pressure technology,horizontal Wells open hole packer and sliding sleeve main form a complete set of tools and some of the components is optimized design and experiment,accordingly according to the site condition to form a complete set of tools for further optimization and modification,after indoor experiments validate the form a complete set of tools to set the parameter value.As a key component of packer,the rubber tube determines the sealing performance.The paper also carries out structural parameter simulation optimization of the rubber tube and improved optimization of the material,and designed a rubber tube with high temperature and high pressure.
