The oil station is an important part of the oil transportation system,and the safety instrumented system is the key component of the oil station.In order to ensure the safety of the whole system,the safety instrumented system of each station should be thoroughly studied.This paper takes Lancheng crude oil pipeline as the research object,selects the typical station,and conducts in-depth analysis on the safety of the whole line after the accident and the safety of the station itself.This paper first establishes the simulation model of Lancheng crude oil pipeline with SPS software,and simulates the control logics of full line shutdown and total line drop caused by Lintao station accident,and finds that the reduction logic can not guarantee the safety of the pipeline and needs to be improved;then HAZOP analysis is performed on the Lintao station,finds a total of 122 existing or potential problems,and puts forward 141 recommendations;and then LOPA analysis is performed on the Lintao station,determines the SIL level required for each interlock logic;Finally,SIL verification is performed on the Lintao station,finds 9 out of 29 security function loop failed to meet the required of SIL level,and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestion.Through research,it finds that there are many unacceptable risks in Lintao station currently,which need to be modified according to the recommendations.Meanwhile,in order to ensure that the whole pipeline can run safely and stably,other stations should be rectified.
