With the development of industrial technology and other fields,it is urgent to develop new materials and develop new technologies.The traditional trial-and-error approach has a long development cycle and large cost investment,which makes it difficult to meet the research and development of new materials,thus developing a high-throughput preparation method to replace the preparation of traditional materials.High-throughput preparation of materials is an important part of the material genome Initiative,and it is also a research hotspot in the field of material preparation.High-throughput preparation of materials is mainly to achieve high-efficiency simultaneous preparation of large-scale differential experimental samples to overcome the shortcomings of different experimental samples prepared separately according to the traditional mode,thereby accelerating the screening and optimization of materials.At the same time,the emergence of intelligent control and electronic technology perfectly fits the characteristics of high-throughput preparation of materials.As a product under the background of intelligent control technology,virtual instrument has less development time and high efficiency,and is widely accepted in industry and scientific research.It is applied to high-throughput preparation of materials,simplifying control flow and improving experimental efficiency.This paper takes the material genome Initiative as the background,and the hydrothermal synthesis experiment is the research object.By analyzing the current situation of high-throughput preparation equipment and hydrothermal synthesis experiments,a high-throughput hydrothermal synthesis and surface treatment device was designed and constructed.In the high-throughput hydrothermal synthesis and surface treatment equipment hardware structure design,AutoCAD2010 and Pro/E4.0 are used for modeling;ANSYS17.0 finite element software is used to design the uniform temperature field of the heating unit.According to the knowledge of heat transfer theory and other related knowledge,the thermal insulation structure,cooling circulation system and heating power of the heating unit are designed.In the design of high-throughput hydrothermal synthesis and surface treatment equipment software,according to the material preparation process,the overall scheme of software design was completed,and the human-machine interface was programmed by graphical programming software-Labview2015.In the design of the PC software loading system,the OEM agreement of the micro plunger pump was introduced in detail,and the automatic reading table,the design of the table processing program and the design of the excel table were also completed.The loading command program,and the table processing and cyclic transmission procedures were also designed.In the design of the heating and cooling system of the upper computer software,the Modbus communication protocol was introduced in detail,and the design of reaction position selection,heating,cooling and pump cleaning procedures was completed.The man-machine interface sends instructions to the lower computer,and at the same time,the signal can be collected,thereby managing and monitoring the device,so that the experimental process is carried out in an orderly manner.At the same time,the host computer performs simple processing on the table data,which simplifies the experimenter's work and performs automatic sample loading.In addition,in order to debug and verify the high-throughput hydrothermal synthesis and surface treatment equipment,hydroxyapatite was prepared by the same hydrothermal reaction conditions.The similarities and differences between hydroxyapatite prepared by a commercially available 6-station hydrothermal reactor and high-throughput preparation equipment were compared.Firstly,pure hydroxyapatite powder was prepared by two kinds of devices under different temperatures and different urea concentrations.Subsequently,hydroxyapatite was doped with 5% Zn and 5% Si ions by two devices.The crystal structure analysis and morphology observation of the synthesized experimental samples were carried out by X-ray diffraction phase analysis(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the samples prepared by high-throughput hydrothermal synthesis equipment and non-high-throughput synthesis equipment were compared.The results show that the synthetic samples have similar properties between the experimental devices under the same experimental conditions.
