With the change of lifestyle,people pay more attention to the improvement of physical fitness,more and more women like fitness.However,unlike men,women need to wear sports bras to prevent breasts shake and protect it during the exercise.Although there are many types of sports bras on the market.They have little difference,low comfort and weak functionality,which cannot satisfy consumers.And a good sports bra should to content functionality and comfortable.This subject start by measuring chest shape under the state of wearing a sports bra.Then obtains the feedback of the breast shaking characteristics.In order to guide the optimization of sports bra design.It is mainly developed in two directions,different fabric stitching and different chest pad thickness and shape.The swaying characteristics of breasts under different exercise intensity and different support levels were studied,as well as human comfort.Combining the analysis of dynamic displacement comfort and pressure comfort of sports bras.And provides a new optimization method for sports bra design.This topic first summarizes the current status of domestic and foreign research on the structure design and comfort of sports bras.Found the insufficient design of fabric partition stitching and chest pad in sports bra.Then propose optimal design scheme,according to the measurement results of chest shape in sports bra.Optimized design of 16 sports bras and 8 different types of chest pads as experimental supplies.Three-dimensional body scanner was used to collect chest data of 60 subjects.Then perform chest type classification,selected eight females with different breast as subjects for subsequent experiments.Through three-dimensional motion capture equipment and MFF series multi-point film pressure test equipment,displacement data and pressure data of 12 marked points on the human chest at different speeds were obtained.And subjects were asked to subjectively evaluate the comfort of the sample.Different segmentation methods,fabric stitching,chest pad thicknesses and shapes to simulate sports bras with different support levels.Analyze its impact on the displacement and pressure of breast markers,and improve the bra support performance of the breast under exercise state.The research value of this subject is to quantify the effect of sports bras with different support levels on the shaky restraint and comfort of the marked points of the breast under different sports states.It can provide a reference for the design of high-performance sports bras and help consumers choose the right sports bra.This subject found that the method of splitting the shoulder strap and side panels,the fabric with greater elasticity,and the chest pad thickness increases fromzero to two centimeter can have a better effect on the limitation of breast shaking.At the same time,the choice of the shape of the chest pad should match the chest shape.For example,triangular chest pads are best matched with full breasts,upper breasts and drooping breasts,palms and flared breasts,and round and flat breasts.None of the above changes will have a significant effect on the pressure on the breast.And the human body does not have any discomfort.Only when the thickness of the chest pad is increased to 2.5cm,it can not play a role in limiting breast shaking.And when moving at 8-10km/h,the human body will feel uncomfortable and have a sense of pressure.
